UK Postage


All our deliveries in the UK are made via Royal Mail First Class Post.
When an order is placed we will post the item on the next working day. (Subject to availability of the Royal Mail Postal System)
Orders on Friday, Saturday and Sunday  will be despatched on Monday by 1pm.
On all other days your order will be despatched on the following day.


Items despatched via Royal Mail First Class Post normally arrive within 2 working days, but can arrive the day following despatch. 

If the order is delivered and is too large for your letter box and the delivery address is not attended, Royal Mail will hold the parcel for up to 21 days in the nearest delivery centre.  Please check with Royal Mail if you receive a collect notice or have not received your parcel within 4 working days.


International Postage

All our deliveries outside the UK are by Royal Mail Premier Airmail Service. Items will take between 3 days and 2 weeks on average to the US, Canada & Australia. Packages to Europe usually take between 2 and 7 days to arrive.

I'm sorry, we currently do not post items to the Middle East, Africa or Brazil.
 

Returns Policy

We will happily refund or exchange any item purchased 
We make no charge for returns. 
Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging if applicable
We will credit the card we have on file for you via paypal payments pro -  this may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds



What do I do if I’ve ordered the wrong item?
Return it to us within 14 days - Just drop us an email to agbooks@tiscali.co.uk post the goods back to us and on receipt we will refund the cost of the goods and initial shipment. Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition in their original packaging with all labels etc. still attached. 

Once we receive the goods and completed returns form we will credit your card or Paypal account( this may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds) , or replace the item if in stock, depending upon your choice of action.


What do I do if an item is faulty when it's delivered?
Just complete our returns procedure before sending us back the goods, stating what the fault is.

Once we receive the goods we will credit your card or paypal account ( this may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds) for the goods and postage and despatch a replacement if requested. 

Who pays the postage on returned Items?
If you return something due to it being damaged or not  matching the description of the product, you will not need to pay the postage costs to return it to us.

If you have changed your mind or have ordered the wrong item by mistake, we will refund the cost of the item and the postage to yourselves, however we do ask that you send the goods back to us at your expense. Refunds will be made once the item has been returned to us.

If the goods were lost in transit and you do not receive them. Please email us at agbooks@tiscali.co.uk and we will refund your payment for the goods and postage costs. Please allow 10 days for Royal Mail to deliver the goods in the UK before making a claim for non arrival.
We would also ask that you check with your local delivery office before making a claim as parcels are often held there awaiting you.

We recommend you use recorded delivery or registered post to return items so as to cover yourself against loss.

How quickly will Apple Green Books process the return?
We aim to process all returns on the day they arrive with us. Sometimes we don't manage to do them all but your return will be dealt with in two working days.
