We like to provide a great service to our customers and we promise to send out whatever you order by Royal Mail on the next working day or you can choose a tracked courier service.

We sell worldwide and ship by Royal Mail Airmail or by international courier.

If there is a problem with any item that you buy from us, please let us know within 30 days and send the product back for a full refund including the return post.

We will also refund on return if you change your mind for any reason, return postage at the buyers expense however.

Royal Mail is really efficient so we don't have many parcels go astray, usually if you contact the local sorting office the parcel will be there, even if you don't get a card through the door. If not let us know and we can either send you another item (if we have one) or issue a refund if you let us know within 30 days.
